About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Demand Forecast Management (Forecast): Build, review and refine sell-in and sell-out demand plans by SKU, incorporating market intelligence (promotions, campaign launches, seasonality).
- Ensure alignment of the plan with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing, Marketing, RGM and Supply).
- Support S&OP and S&OE processes by providing alignment and analyses that contribute to results, including risk and opportunity assessments.
- KPI monitoring: Track and report critical metrics for the area, such as Demand Accuracy (WAPE), MAPE, BIAS, FORECAST ACCURACY, Fill Rate (Service Level) and Inventory Coverage, and create action plans for deviations.
- Perform post-mortem analyses and prepare presentations.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Develop scenarios (What-If) and predictive analyses to support decision-making in stock-out or product overstock situations.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead small projects to optimize processes, automate routines and create management dashboards to increase the area’s visibility and speed.
- Portfolio: Actively participate in the product lifecycle (launches and phase-outs/discontinuations), ensuring transitions are executed effectively.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Required experience in Demand Planning.
- Experience with complex data analyses and large SKU volumes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot and Google tools.
- Plus: Experience with data extraction/querying/structuring in databases (SQL/GCP), building and automating dashboards (Google Sheets/Tableau/Looker Studio/AppScript/NotebookLM) and using AI to improve efficiency in demand planning routines.
