About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operational organization of Retail Onboarding (management of weekly schedules, participant lists, surveys, materials, communications, mailings, etc.)
- Sending communications to mentors/sponsors, updating WhatsApp groups (new hires and occasional departures)
- Control and management of onboarding kits (operational handling)
- Delivery of retail onboarding sessions during the monthly windows (classroom facilitation)
- Updating onboarding materials (when necessary)
- Monitoring new hire satisfaction surveys
- Management and organization of suppliers and invoice payments
- Delivery of in-person training sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience delivering training
- Strong instructional and communication skills
- Availability to travel for on-site training delivery
- Familiarity with Google Meet and Google Slides/Presentations
- Knowledge of store operations and direct sales is a plus
