About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic design of the B2B channel: Develop and implement the investment strategy for indirect sales, ensuring alignment and joint growth with our distributor partners.
  • Sell-out and lifecycle management: Value and monitor the financial impact of investments in price markdowns and stock clearance actions, ensuring the channel's financial health.
  • Budget governance and control: Manage the B2B channel budget, ensuring efficient and strategic allocation of resources according to the calendar and promotional schedules for each category.
  • Performance and ROI analysis: Monitor, measure and report the results and performance of investments made, identify optimization opportunities and ensure return on invested capital.
  • Partnership with category teams (Trade/Marketing): Collaborate cross-functionally with category teams to synchronize promotional campaigns with the distributor channel’s realities and targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, cross-reference financial information and translate it into strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage with different stakeholders and commercial partners.
  • Solid command of spreadsheet and presentation tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience desirable in Pricing, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), Financial Planning or Sales Intelligence.
  • Prior knowledge of the B2B market is desirable, preferably in the Pharma channel, Beauty, Cosmetics or Consumer Goods segments.
  • Preferred: Residence in the São Paulo Metropolitan Region.
