About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

**Data Management and Monitoring:** Maintain and update our dashboards (focused on sales points and portfolio), ensuring the team has clear visibility to make the best decisions.
**Product Lifecycle:** Manage product DE/PARAs and closely monitor the repacking (new packaging) processes for our brands.
**Tool Interface:** Lead the management of the Gobots tool, compiling and reporting updates to responses on a weekly basis.
**Marketplace Operation & Reputation:** Directly manage our brands' reputation on marketplaces, ensuring daily execution of the operational dispute process.
**Approvals and Control:** Support the channel by reviewing and approving cancellations on Shopee.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields).
Analytical, organized, and process-oriented profile.
**Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets** (able to manipulate data, build reports, and update pivot tables/charts).
Basic SQL, GCP, and Data Studio are considered differentiators.
