About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform data ingestion and validation within the team's internal environments, as well as coordinate with the Data Engineering team;
Monitor dashboards and reports that track business indicators (KPIs);
Support the creation of rationale/business rules for new metrics;
Participate in analyses and provide strategic, data-driven insights;
Perform advanced analyses to identify hidden patterns, forecast trends, and anticipate business scenarios;
Provide training and support to end users, helping to promote a data-driven culture within the directorate.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or technology-related fields;
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and/or Looker Studio;
Practical knowledge of data analysis methodologies and basic concepts of programming logic or descriptive statistics;
Intermediate skills in building and manipulating databases/data sets (SQL, Python, etc.);
Ability to work responsibly in an innovation- and technology-driven environment;
Curiosity and a strong drive to dig deeper and find solutions;
Knowledge of how AI works and how to implement it in day-to-day operations;
Clear, direct, and objective communication skills;
Deliver data presentations that demonstrate how to add business value.
