Key responsibilities & impact

Connect and guide the team and internal partner areas;
Ensure comprehensive coordination of deadlines, deliverables, and financial control;
Act as the primary point of contact with our partner agencies;
Ensure the tactical rollout of the three cycle movements;
Support the brand's long-term strategy and outlook.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields;
Proven experience in fast-paced, high-velocity markets;
Highly organized, analytical profile with a focus on corporate processes;
Hands-on experience with large-scale product launches;
Proficiency in 360° campaigns;
Strong ability to connect cross-functional areas and manage multiple stakeholders;
Maturity and resilience to navigate high-pressure scenarios;
Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry is a plus;
Previous experience in advertising agencies or branding consultancies is a plus.
