About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be responsible for implementing business processes in the OTC/SD module in SAP S/4HANA for international operations;
Have a holistic view of the processes currently in Brazil, identifying synergies and opportunities for international deployment;
Integrate with different teams to ensure cohesion of the processes to be implemented in SAP S/4HANA;
Navigate across squads, value streams and chapters, remove impediments, maintain a product mindset and drive the evolution of the product and the team;
Responsible for the technical-functional detailing of processes, defining the best solutions aligned with the technology architecture strategy;
Align with vendors to define technical specifications and to validate/test the implemented processes;
Structure technology processes to ensure ongoing operation and maintenance in SAP S/4HANA after implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience implementing SAP S/4HANA in order-to-cash processes (OTC/SD module);
Experience providing technical and functional leadership to multidisciplinary teams;
Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and implementation best practices using the SAP ACTIVATE methodology;
Strong relationship skills with key users, vendors and third parties, and the ability to build trustful relationships;
Strategic communication with stakeholders;
Knowledge of the SAP BTP ecosystem (Business Technology Platform);
Advantage: experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban;
Spanish and basic-to-intermediate English.
