About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management of the portfolio of regular orders and responsibility for replenishing GB Stores (approximately 150 points of sale & 2,000 SKUs), monitoring the health of stock coverage based on the agreed policy;
Act on short-term reactions in oversales scenarios, understanding lead times and movements versus the current cycle horizon;
Conduct coverage and out-of-stock analyses taking into account lead time information, positioned and in-transit inventory, Fill Rate levels, and stock policy strategies by product curve;
Serve as the first point of contact with the commercial team on replenishment matters (stockouts and overstocks), acting as a connector between other areas involved in the process: Portfolio, Transportation and Logistics;
Provide support in determining the best replenishment model considering occupancy constraints and portfolio segmentation;
Participate in multidisciplinary squads focused on stockouts, inventory and replenishment; lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Academic background: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
Proven experience: Replenishment routines, order management and critical data analysis;
Core knowledge: Google tools, Excel;
Desirable knowledge: Looker, GCP and DataPrep, process mapping;
Desirable experience in Retail or Consumer Goods: Understanding the product turnover dynamics in beauty is a strong plus.
