About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Will be primarily responsible for the strategy, governance, and delivery of training solutions focused on leveraging the Beauty Experience (In‑Store Services) for the Retail Channel (with emphasis on Makeup, Skincare, and Hair).
  • Their mission goes beyond content development: this professional will act as a strategic internal consultant, leading complex projects, influencing stakeholders across multiple areas, and translating business goals into high‑impact learning journeys that drive consultative selling and customer loyalty.
  • Business Partnership and Influence: Serve as a strategic, consultative link between senior leadership, Product/Marketing teams, and the Retail Channel.
  • Storytelling and Leadership Communication: Develop executive presentations and strategic reports for senior leaders and the board.
  • Situational and Project Leadership: Exercise situational leadership in guiding multidisciplinary teams and project squads.
  • Strategy and Solution Design: Design the end‑to‑end learning architecture and strategy for Services.
  • Vendor Management and Efficiency: Manage the Services budget and lead governance of vendors and strategic partners.
  • Content Curation and Direction: Validate content and provide aesthetic and methodological guidance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Critical Thinking and Business Acumen: Ability to link training actions to sales metrics (conversion, average ticket, services NPS).
  • Storytelling and Visual Tools: Advanced proficiency in creating corporate presentation structures (PowerPoint, Canva, AI tools).
  • Andragogy and Instructional Design: Strong knowledge of active learning methodologies and designing solutions for retail/sales forces.
  • Complex Project Management: Experience with agile methodologies, managing multiple concurrent timelines, and budget control.
  • Preferable: Previous experience in the Beauty segment (Services, Retail, Franchises) and familiarity with categories such as Makeup, Skincare, or Hair.
  • Professional Presence and Emotional Intelligence: Maturity and confidence to handle high‑pressure situations, manage interdepartmental conflicts of interest, and maintain a firm yet empathetic and constructive stance.
  • Leadership by Influence: Ability to engage people who do not report directly to them, mobilizing resources and ensuring deliveries through relationships and credibility.
  • Systemic Thinking and Proactivity: Anticipate Retail Channel issues and propose innovative solutions before leadership requests them.
  • Strong Aesthetic Sense: A refined critical eye to ensure the brand's visual identity and tone of voice for the beauty experience are maintained across all training fronts.
