About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics of Grupo Boticário’s loyalty programs, supporting strategic decisions with data‑driven insights;
  • Track the performance of the loyalty programs across the store network, understanding channel context and identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
  • Support the structuring of action plans to advance the programs, contributing to goal setting and results measurement;
  • Build concise, effective reports and executive materials, presenting data and analyses in a structured way;
  • Monitor the management’s OKRs, ensuring metrics are integrated with business objectives and ongoing initiatives;
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to optimize processes and results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or similar);
  • Knowledge of programming and database manipulation using SQL for queries and analyses; experience with BigQuery (GCP);
  • Previous experience with data visualization/BI tools, primarily Looker Studio;
  • Strong data manipulation skills and root‑cause analysis expertise;
  • Logical reasoning and strong analytical capability;
  • Advantage: experience with retail performance, loyalty programs, CRM performance, or Customer Analytics projects.
