About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner to Branding management and Consumer teams, participating actively from co-creating the technical scope through to final delivery;
- Lead complex multi-category negotiations (e.g., contracting PR agencies that simultaneously serve brand scopes and multiple stakeholders);
- Develop and structure advanced qualitative and quantitative market analyses to design and present complex commercial scenarios to leadership (scenario modeling for supplier clustering, centralization or dispersion);
- Challenge the client area in a consultative manner, bringing market trends and proposing new capabilities and marketing agencies to optimize the Group’s investments;
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, procurement process compliance and deadlines in a high-volatility ecosystem.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Strategic Sourcing applied specifically to Marketing Services (advertising agencies, PR agencies, media owners, large-scale influencers and licensing);
- English (practical ability to conduct working meetings, lead negotiations and interact with international agencies in Portugal and other external markets);
- Technical expertise in structuring RFPs (Request for Proposal), proposal equalization matrices for service commercial proposals and financial modeling of complex scenarios;
- Deep knowledge of the national marketing agency ecosystem to proactively propose new approved partners for the business.
