About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve the Indirect channel (distributors)
  • Build and nurture strong, productive relationships with key customers, distributors and partners, ensuring execution of Grupo Boticário (GB)’s commercial strategy and achievement of sales targets;
  • Ensure the attainment of Sell Out targets, driving performance across your client portfolio;
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity and sales performance within your territory;
  • Lead Sell Through sales across the customer panel, providing guidance and support to negotiation teams;
  • Manage investments in your area of responsibility, seeking to optimize resources and maximize results;
  • Monitor the billing process with Customer Success (CS), ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy;
  • Manage the release of funds (investments) for strategic initiatives, optimizing resource use;
  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain close relationships and identify new opportunities;
  • Ensure excellence in the execution of strategies at Points of Sale (POS), ensuring product visibility and appeal.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Availability for frequent monthly travel to Porto Velho/RO, Manaus/AM and Rio Branco/AC
  • Preferably based in Porto Velho/RO or Manaus/AM, but applications from Goiânia and Brasília are also accepted
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Experience in the food channel and indirect pharma channel (distributors)
  • Commercial experience with consumer goods / personal care and beauty products
  • Knowledge of IQVIA and Scanntech tools.
