About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Will be responsible for managing costs and ensuring the delivery operations of the area, in addition to managing delivery operational KPIs. For this, they will need a high degree of autonomy, proactivity, analytical ability and the capacity to identify improvement opportunities, good communication and teamwork skills, being organized in processes, with attention to detail and operational discipline, as well as ease in building relationships with carriers and operational teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields);
Previous experience in logistics operations, especially in loading, dispatch/expedition or cargo handling processes;
Solid knowledge of logistics and transportation costs;
Proficiency with Google tools (especially Sheets);
Data management skills;
