Key responsibilities & impact

Development and Engineering: Work across the full development lifecycle (design, coding, testing, and deployment) of systems, actively contributing to the definition of architecture and code standards
Ownership and End-to-End Vision: Act with a strong ownership mentality toward the product, being responsible not only for delivering code but for the success of the solution in production
Efficiency with Artificial Intelligence: Integrate generative AI tools and coding assistants into the daily workflow to accelerate productivity, improve code quality, and drive innovation in solving complex problems
Operational Efficiency and FinOps: Monitor and optimize cloud resource consumption, applying FinOps practices to ensure an architecture that is scalable and financially sustainable while minimizing waste
Flow Management and Metrics: Track team efficiency indicators and agile metrics, proactively identifying bottlenecks, optimizing delivery cadence, and ensuring a healthy, predictable workflow
Culture of Accountability: Proactively identify technical debt and improvement opportunities, taking responsibility for the continuous evolution of the ecosystem without constant external direction
Technical and Product Collaboration: Work closely with other specialists and Product Managers to refine business rules, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and feasible
Quality and Stability: Ensure delivery robustness through automated testing and proactive monitoring (telemetry), aiming for ecosystem stability
Operational Excellence: Participate in resolving complex incidents and support operations, ensuring technical learnings are applied to product improvements
AI-driven Optimization and Diagnostics: Proactively use AI tools to analyze data and logs, identify failure patterns, and suggest architectural optimizations to enable fast problem resolution and improved system efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in the .NET/C# ecosystem, focused on backend applications, algorithms, data structures, and distributed architectures (ability to work in a multi-language environment is valued)
Software Architecture: Deep knowledge of DDD, SOLID, Clean Architecture, and design patterns
Strong understanding of event-driven programming, messaging, and asynchronous processing (Kafka, SQS, or similar)
Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
Cloud Computing: Proven experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong experience with automated testing, demonstrating mastery of the testing pyramid (Unit, Integration, and E2E)
DevOps Culture: Hands-on experience with Continuous Deployment (CD) and the daily use of monitoring/telemetry tools
Innovation Mindset (AI): Practical knowledge or strong interest in using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, AI Agents) to optimize the development flow
Experience in multidisciplinary agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) with a focus on efficiency metrics
Resilience and Continuous Learning: View obstacles as growth opportunities, maintaining the ability to evolve in challenging and constantly changing environments
Communicate ideas cohesively and precisely to different audiences (technical and executive). Be able to question respectfully, foster healthy debates, and suggest improvements
Ability to organize and manage routine and unexpected demands, balancing technical quality, deadlines, and resource efficiency
Nice to have:
Incident Management: Experience in incident response processes and producing postmortems to share technical learnings
Observability: Experience with telemetry tools (tracing, metrics, logs)
