About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspect operational activities, areas and equipment to ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards;
Prepare technical assessments of identified risks and propose measures to eliminate, neutralize or mitigate them;
Conduct mandatory trainings, safety briefings and other awareness activities for internal teams and third parties/contractors;
Participate in the safety review of new projects, expansions, renovations and facility layouts;
Prepare presentations, statistical charts and technical reports for the area;
Investigate and analyze accidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions;
Conduct CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) activities and support administrative routines, including documentation with INSS (Brazilian National Social Security Institute), the Ministry of Labor and labor unions;
Perform internal audits and provide support during external audits;
Participate in daily routines and continuous improvement of safety management systems;
Monitor updated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and ensure its application;
Issue permits/authorizations for high-risk activities (PTR).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical qualification in Occupational Safety with active professional registration;
Solid experience with safety regulations, audits and safety management systems;
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace - Intermediate/Advanced;
Availability for frequent travel and to work in a hybrid format;
Valid Brazilian driver's license CNH-B;
Reside in São Paulo, SP.
