About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead high-complexity negotiations with national suppliers for the categories of transportation, warehousing, and logistics supplies;
Strategically manage active contracts, rigorously controlling schedules and established adjustment calendars;
Provide consultative management to senior stakeholders and directors of partner client areas;
Work with logistics teams to design and implement practical operational efficiency plans, such as optimizing fleet capacity and utilization;
Act as a guiding resource to internal clients, actively supporting them in the technical structuring of scopes, documents, and specifications to enable more accurate quotations;
Prepare descriptive materials and independently present negotiation success cases and results in corporate board forums.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in corporate procurement focused on Logistics (Procurement);
Commercial expertise in contracting freight/transport services (tractor-trailers, closed trucks, last-mile vehicles for e-commerce) and/or warehousing areas (third-party labor for distribution centers, forklift operators, packers, and supplies/consumables);
Critical thinking focused on supply chain analysis and market intelligence, understanding how macroeconomic and geopolitical factors (such as fluctuations in oil prices) affect the composition of national freight costs;
Basic knowledge of current Brazilian legislation related to cargo transportation.
