About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing and orchestrating strategic frameworks with the various areas of Grupo Boticário, integrating channel, brand and distribution model perspectives
Lead projects and strategic analyses, driving solutions grounded in data analysis
Lead and orchestrate multidisciplinary workstreams for long‑term planning with a high degree of autonomy
Develop long‑term strategic analyses based on market dynamics, competitors and trends, supporting recommendations with economic and financial guidance
Identify structural pillars and bottlenecks, orchestrating and unblocking the prioritization of long‑term initiatives
Cascade strategic building blocks to day‑to‑day execution teams
Monitor short‑term performance, identify areas of attention for achieving strategy, and feed insights back into long‑term discussions and reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in the beauty market and/or B2B retail channels (pharmacy, perfumery, grocery/food, department stores and digital)
Experience in strategic planning functions and/or strategy consulting, leading multidisciplinary projects
Experience with complex analyses, finance, scenario building and business performance monitoring — financial mathematics
Familiarity with the Google ecosystem (Sheets and Slides) and AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM)
