About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct technical visits to facilities in Belo Horizonte - MG and Espírito Santo - ES to collect data required for operational feasibility, prepare reports, and manage security risks;
Perform security assessments through vulnerability testing and risk analysis;
Assume responsibility for Security systems (Physical Security, Fire Protection, and Electronic Security);
Manage service contracts in the locations for which you will be responsible;
Guide and train the team on security best practices aligned with Grupo Boticário's core principles;
Coordinate daily activities of third-party suppliers, ensuring adherence to contracted SLAs;
Monitor the area's KPIs and KRIs and make decisions to address incidents in accordance with ISO 31000

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress and specialized courses in Asset/Corporate Security, Crisis Management, Private Security Management, with advanced computer skills (Google tools or Excel)
Specialization in leadership, people management, and coordination of administrative activities
