About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Portfolio Management: Monitor the full order lifecycle, from entry into the system to final delivery to the customer.
Data Analysis: Process and consolidate order files submitted by customers (typically Excel/Google Sheets) to ensure data accuracy.
Order Analysis: Identify and act on logistical bottlenecks, stockouts, or billing delays.
Consultative Support: Serve as direct point of contact for strategic customers and internal teams (Sales, Logistics and Planning) to resolve incidents.
Track metrics such as Fill Rate to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in B2B channels.
Solid knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process.
Excel/Google Sheets (Intermediate): Proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and handling large datasets for portfolio analysis.
Advantage: experience with SAP or similar systems.
Profile with process agility, resilience to handle high volumes of requests, proactivity and assertive communication; continuous improvement mindset.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo (SP).
