Key responsibilities & impact

Build relevant analyses to support decision-making for the Loyalty and CVM (Customer Value Management) area;
Build and support the development of models to measure customer Lifetime Value (LTV) for Grupo Boticário;
Support studies and assessments of tax impacts;
Proactively engage with various Grupo Boticário teams to better understand results and business drivers;
Support process and report automation;
Support development and maintenance of dashboards.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field;
Previous experience in controllership/FP&A, with practical knowledge across financial planning and accounting;
Strong organizational skills;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders;
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
SQL knowledge preferred, and experience with dashboards and data automation.
