About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership for development: Serve as the technical reference for Flutter and Node (fullstack) within the team, defining architectural standards, reusable components and implementation strategies for complex features.
Architect scalable solutions: Propose and implement architectural decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability and system performance, considering a platformization context.
Ensure quality and technical governance: Establish and disseminate coding standards, testing practices and CI/CD processes, perform thorough code reviews and ensure delivery quality.
Mentor and develop the team: Actively support the technical growth of less experienced developers through mentorship, pair programming, tech talks and continuous knowledge sharing.
Collaborate strategically with stakeholders: Participate in product and business discussions, translate complex requirements into viable technical solutions and contribute technical insight to strategic decisions.
Drive technical innovation: Research and recommend new technologies, tools and practices that improve development efficiency and end-user experience.
Manage strategic technical debt: Identify, prioritize and lead refactoring and technical improvement initiatives that positively impact code health and team productivity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Flutter (4+ years): Advanced experience in complex production projects, state management, modular architectures and performance optimization.
Node.js (4+ years): Strong experience building REST and GraphQL APIs using Express, Fastify or NestJS.
Databases: Modeling and performance optimization in SQL ecosystems (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
Architecture & Quality: Solid knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, automated testing and software resilience.
DevOps & Cloud: Practical experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud providers (AWS or GCP).
End-to-end perspective: Ability to work across the entire stack from frontend to backend infrastructure.
Technical leadership & influence: Recognized reference for architectural decisions, standards definition and leadership by influence (without formal authority).
Mentorship & culture: Focus on team development through code reviews, training and knowledge-sharing via documentation.
Business & systems thinking: Ability to connect technical decisions to product impact (time-to-market), seeing the application as an integrated system.
Multi-level communication: Clarity in translating complex technical concepts for developers, managers and business stakeholders.
Proactivity & adaptability: Strong sense of ownership and resilience to deliver results in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
