Technical Leadership and Standards: Actively contribute to the development of new applications, techniques, and coding standards, promoting the creation of best-practice guidelines.

What you’ll need

Solid Fundamentals: Strong command of semantic HTML5 and native CSS3.
Design Patterns, SOLID and Clean Code: Proficiency in design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices to ensure a codebase that is readable, testable, and maintainable.
Mobile Ecosystem: Proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
Web Ecosystem: Advanced experience with TypeScript and ReactJS.
Testing Culture: Experience with unit testing for components (Jest, Vitest or similar).
Design Tokens and Theming: Strategic implementation of a design token architecture integrated with design tools (Figma).
Architecture: Experience creating business‑logic‑agnostic components.
DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
