About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

**Develop and Evolve the Data Culture:** Translate raw market and internal data into high-impact, actionable insights to support decision-making.
**Be the Engine of Automation:** Identify bottlenecks, manual routines, and routine operational processes within the team, designing automated solutions using Google AI tools to deliver efficiency and time savings.
**Modeling and Visualization:** Support the team of analysts and specialists in data structuring and analysis, linking strategic and operational metrics visually and building in-depth analyses that feed back into the planning process.
**Partnership and Facilitation:** Collaborate with internal, multidisciplinary teams to co-create solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
Advanced proficiency with data preparation, analysis, and visualization tools, with hands-on experience in **SQL, GCP, Looker Studio**.
Knowledge of languages or tools for process automation and data processing using AI;
Strong ability to translate complex numbers into clear executive presentations for leadership;
Good articulation and communication skills;
Experience in commercial or promotions planning is desirable;
Previous experience in data/management consulting or corporate *Business Intelligence* and *Analytics* teams is a plus.
