Key responsibilities & impact

Performance & Brandformance Analysis: Combine data from multiple sources to measure the impact of marketing activities on business and brand metrics.
Technical Autonomy: Extract and manipulate data using SQL directly from the database (BigQuery).
Data Visualization: Build and maintain performance monitoring dashboards (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau).
Influence & Storytelling: Translate complex analyses into clear executive presentations.
Governance Routines: Ensure smooth coordination of performance governance routines with partner teams.
Methodological Innovation: Develop and test new measurement methods and support the automation of team processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Advanced SQL skills.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong analytical profile with business acumen.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to executives.
Ability to lead by influence.
Previous experience in technology, market intelligence, or commercial performance is a plus.
Experience in the retail and/or franchising sector.
