About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End-to-end management of high-volume positions for the Retail VP channels.
  • Support in the execution of projects related to Talent Attraction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with recruitment and selection for retail positions.
  • Experience managing end-to-end high-volume hiring processes.
  • Self-driven and autonomous, with initiative to execute and lead effective recruitment processes.
  • Based in Curitiba for occasional in-person selection processes.
