About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for foreign exchange closings with banks and due diligence of related documents;
Primary point of contact and support for internal stakeholders (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance, Legal, Cash Management, Accounting) to handle provisioning, reconciliation and compliance processes;
Responsible for maintaining KYC processes with banks and managing NDAs;
Responsible for analysis, contracting and maintenance of bank guarantees, payment of commissions and compliance with contractual clauses;
Responsible for controlling and executing payments for services contracted by the area;
Responsible for consolidating, analyzing and controlling the management budget, monitoring variances between forecast and actuals;
Support governance on management-wide matters (executive reports, monitoring performance indicators, financial closing);
Support for financial documentation/attestation of financing with creditors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning, focused on process and financial efficiency;
Proactive attitude, ownership mentality and adaptability to a dynamic environment;
Communicative profile combined with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Knowledge of SAP, Make Value, CambioSys and FXall (Reuters) is desirable;
Previous experience in Financial Operations, with basic knowledge of the financial market and accounting is desirable;
Orientation toward process automation; experience using AI tools and Google Workspace tools is a plus.
