About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan the Data and Analytics strategy for the Logistics Directorate.
Ensure a single, optimized, and governed view of the Logistics Data Product portfolio by defining processes and minimum standards for data product management (communication, channels, etc.) and by mapping and consolidating synergies among logistics data initiatives to optimize resources and ensure strategic outcomes.
Orchestrate budget cycles and planning cycles for prioritizing initiatives that maximize value delivery for Grupo Boticário.
Define, communicate, and monitor work plans for the execution of data/AI projects and products.
Develop self-service data initiatives and products using data tools and generative AI.
Ensure alignment with data teams and Logistics business areas so prioritized data solutions are consistent with Grupo Boticário's strategy.
Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences and forums.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed).
Clear and effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Visual communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into concise, effective presentations.
Strong logical reasoning and an analytical mindset.
Experience with databases, SQL, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.).
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Looker Studio, Tableau).
Knowledge of Generative AI concepts.
Preferred experience with GCP and BigQuery SQL.
Programming knowledge (Python) is a plus.
Experience in Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Logistics) is a plus.
