About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Designing the process and executing the GTM (Go-to-Market) plan for the South/Southeast region for short-, medium- and long-term horizons, influencing the various co-responsible areas on the topic
Managing and governing performance KPIs for indirect/Key Account and OL operations from a regional perspective, and supporting/connecting to the development and monitoring of action plans to evolve the channel with related areas (channel trade, RGM, commercial, etc.)
Monitoring customer satisfaction and generating insights for improvement
Ownership of administrative matters: contracts, contract terminations, discussions on commercial policies, targets, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
Strong experience with data, as well as spreadsheets and presentations
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external partners
Analytical, transformative, challenging, flexible and influential profile, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong sense of prioritization, collaboration and resilience
Availability to travel
Commercial skills and knowledge of pharma, food and perfumery channels will be considered a differential
