Senior FP&A Manager – Categories & Branding
Grupo BoticárioSenior FP&A Manager ensuring financial viability of new products for Grupo Boticário. Leading financial strategies in a collaborative role for various categories and brands.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the financial viability/return on investment of new products/innovations across all Grupo Boticário categories, participating in new product approval committees and balancing launch strategy with a focus on margin and efficiency.
- Ensure the management of results (GMV and Full P&L) for all Grupo Boticário categories and brands.
- Ensure management of brand marketing investments and consolidation of all Grupo Boticário marketing investments.
- Ensure optimal allocation of marketing investments across brands and categories.
- Conduct marketing ROI analyses and post-mortems of innovations.
- Lead the transition from manual processes to automated models and self-service dashboards.
- Manage a robust structure, promoting governance rituals, routines, and management maturity.
- Lead structural changes in tax and budget references resulting from tax reform, communicating the technical impact to non-financial areas.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (general), or Accounting.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in corporate finance or FP&A within industries/consumer goods is required.
- Strong knowledge of P&L, income statement logic, and expertise in return-on-investment metrics.
- Ability to translate financial terms for stakeholders and participate in decision-making collaboratively.
- Ability to manage demands of a complex structure (multiple directorates).
