E-commerce Manager, B2B Digital

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fully manage the P&L for the B2B Digital channel, ensuring the operation's profitability and the proper allocation of investment across our structure.
- Lead commercial relationships and tactical execution with large 1P accounts (Key Accounts such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, Magazine Luiza, etc.), acting as the strategic focal point and also developing strategy and execution for 3P through platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and others.
- Develop and execute long-term commercial planning, designing growth levers and closely monitoring sell-in and sell-out indicators.
- Conduct complex commercial negotiations and manage contractual budgets and corporate media (Retail Media) with partners, ensuring the best return on investment.
- Directly address operational and logistical issues, managing complex order flows, catalog rules, and platform-required compliance.
- Connect and align B2B strategies across the Group Boticário's other e-commerce fronts, identifying synergies to stop efficiency losses.
- Lead, engage, and develop the B2B digital account executive team, providing tactical support and career guidance.
- Promote ongoing alignment and interface with key partner areas, including Logistics, Operations, Trade E-commerce, and FP&A, to optimize end-to-end processes.
- Map and drive new opportunities in emerging marketplaces by developing a digital distributor model.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven E-commerce Experience: Solid commercial background leading large-scale digital operations, with mandatory experience in both 1P and 3P business models.
- Mastery of Major Platforms: Deep knowledge of business architecture, platform requirements, catalog rules, and commercial dynamics of Amazon and/or Mercado Libre.
- Strong Analytical Orientation: Advanced ability to analyze dense market data, converting complex reports into immediate tactical actions and long-term strategic plans.
- Advanced Financial Management: Hands-on experience managing and controlling the P&L of e-commerce channels and performance media investments.
- Leadership and Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated ability to manage direct teams and influence stakeholders across diverse areas (Logistics, FP&A, Trade Marketing) in highly complex corporate environments.
