About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement the training strategy for the VD Multibrand channel (Boticário, Eudora, Quem Disse Berenice, OUI) to ensure the best experience for resellers;
Support and boost channel performance through key indicators (árvore and revenue) and growth levers;
Build the support structure for the VD channel’s physical and digital service journey, aiming to optimize touchpoints and ensure adoption of new technologies and processes;
Create action plans to mitigate critical reseller satisfaction issues and improve lever results;
Ensure knowledge transfer of sales techniques and the execution of commercial best practices to the VD channel;
Connect training opportunities with interface areas (VD Channel, FVC, Categories, Communication), optimizing resources and maximizing training impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields;
Experience in channels, communications, and/or category management;
Experience in project management;
Proficiency with Google tools – Slides and Sheets;
Experience using AI to optimize routines and processes;
Experience in training and familiarity with training methodologies will be a plus.
