About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic Partnership (Squads): Act directly in squads for new product development and portfolio maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance from concept through product launch.
  • Product Regularization: Lead product registration, notification and regularization processes with ANVISA, INMETRO and the Ministry of the Environment.
  • Life Cycle and Dossiers: Prepare, organize and keep regulatory product dossiers up to date for all countries where the Group operates.
  • Labeling Assurance: Review and approve label artwork and statements, ensuring they comply with current regulations.
  • Raw Material Analysis: Assess regulatory requirements for new ingredients, focusing on sanitary aspects and biodiversity (legislation on access to genetic heritage).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of ANVISA, INMETRO and Ministry of the Environment regulations applicable to cosmetics.
  • Technical knowledge of the Cosmetics Regulation.
  • Experience with label approval and preparation of regulatory dossiers.
  • English and Spanish are a plus.
  • Previous experience in regulatory affairs, product development and/or quality is desirable.
