About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Creation of purchase orders, recording of invoices and monitoring of fiscal/payment processes.
  • Monthly review of senior management's budget and support in closing routines and review of TDN.
  • Handling leadership ticket flows and proposing continuous improvements to optimize our tools and daily routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
  • Skill in Financial Planning and a strong analytical capacity for problem solving.
  • Excellent organization, focus on process management and the ability to synthesize information to prepare high-impact executive materials.
  • Proficiency with Google tools (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Advantage: previous experience with SAP.
