About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure implementation of SAP EWM standard functionalities, participating in the definition of the shared solution architecture across squads and products, and creating and updating the solution reference design (template).
Analyze and lead updates of SAP EWM functionalities and version upgrades.
Maintain a systemic view and deep knowledge of SAP EWM to propose improvements and resolve issues, design scalable solutions, and promote reuse to ensure product sustainability.
Support key users in aligning processes with SAP standard functionality.
Be responsible for the code review process across all team members (including partners).
Ensure integrations with satellite systems are operational and monitored.
Mentor and develop the technical team, ensuring leveling among specialists. Support the Tech Manager in creating and maintaining a collaborative culture.
Act as the primary technical representative in Discovery/Refinement ceremonies, participating with the Product Manager (PM) and Tech Manager (TM) in upstream activities and in resolving blockers and deliveries.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective).
Manage technical debt together with the Tech Manager, ensuring technical documentation is always up to date, feeding the technical backlog, and validating technical features.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Participation in at least 2 full SAP EWM implementations.
Experience implementing SAP EWM and strong knowledge of logistics processes.
Knowledge of the EWM application catalog.
Experience with infrastructure related to EWM project implementations (RFID, barcode printers, handheld scanners).
Knowledge of processes involving industrial automation (WCS vs EWM).
Experience designing solutions for large distribution centers (DCs) and industrial sites using SAP standard solutions.
Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); strong skills in discovery and prototyping techniques.
Knowledge of integration technologies and SAP BTP.
Comfortable leading workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and validate solutions.
Negotiation skills.
Intermediate English is desirable.
