About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will lead a team of PMs, defining the strategy and vision for several of our products within Grupo Boticário's Franchise ecosystem
Forge alliances and build partnerships across multiple internal areas to manage the entire product development lifecycle, aiming to create sustainable solutions that meet the market we operate in
You are expected to be an orchestrating leader, able to delegate and engage the team to pursue team objectives while remaining close to and deeply knowledgeable about the work being done
Create and keep our products competitive by leveraging your deep market knowledge
Experiment small, fail fast, and evolve based on learnings
Develop a high-performance team that serves as a reference for the Product Management discipline
Lead strategic discussions for the products under your responsibility, ensuring clear objectives, roadmap, and vision
Be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in people management as a Group Product Manager
Previous experience as a Product Manager or in similar roles, contributing individually to the delivery of successful products and features
Extensive experience in defining and tracking product metrics and objectives
Experience with agile methodologies
Experience in Retail, Sales Force, and/or Franchising is a plus
