Key responsibilities & impact
  • Vision and Strategy: Lead the end-to-end strategic vision of the user journey, ensuring each initiative is aligned with the Group's objectives.
  • Continuous Discovery: Dive into sessions with users and experts to identify pain points and turn them into real product opportunities.
  • Backlog and Roadmap Management: Translate insights into prioritized, well-documented backlog items and roadmaps, balancing delivery of immediate value with long-term vision.
  • AI-First Culture: Use generative AI to optimize the writing of documentation (PRDs/Stories), automate feedback synthesis and speed up data analysis, as well as identify where AI/ML can solve user problems.
  • Metrics and Performance: Define and track success indicators (North Star and Guardrail Metrics) to drive continuous improvement and substantiate the ROI of initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex environments, align expectations and negotiate trade-offs with leadership and executive areas transparently.
  • Team Maturity: Actively work to improve processes, elevating team maturity through feedback and strategic participation in OKR cycles.
  • Crisis and Risk Management: Act promptly in product support, mitigate critical risks and ensure user trust in the platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid Product Experience: Previous experience as a Product Manager at a Senior or Specialist level, with a track record of working on high-criticality, strategically important, or high-transaction-volume products.
  • Managing Complex Stakeholders: Ability to navigate political environments, negotiate difficult trade-offs with directors and executives, and influence decision-making without relying on hierarchy.
  • Product and Agile Culture: Mastery of rituals and frameworks (Discovery, JTBD, Value Delivery) and hands-on experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Data-Driven and ROI-Oriented: Ability to define success metrics (North Star, Guardrail) and perform structured analyses to support opportunity cost and return-on-investment decisions.
  • Generative AI in Daily Work: Familiarity with using AI tools in everyday Product Management to gain operational efficiency and automate processes (PRDs, syntheses, analyses).
  • Assertive Communication: Excellence in verbal, written and visual communication, with the ability to translate complex technical contexts into actionable decisions for different audiences.
  • Tooling: Proficiency with initiative and product management tools such as Jira, Businessmap and similar.
  • Restless and Adaptable Mindset: Profile that prioritizes flexibility to change course based on new data and feedback, handling uncertainty and ambiguous problems well.
  • Data/Internal Platforms: Experience developing Internal Developer Platforms or products aimed at technical users and collaborators.
  • Technical Data Perspective: Knowledge of Big Data/Data Warehousing concepts and the ability to run queries (SQL/Queries) to autonomously monitor metrics.
  • Application of AI/ML: Technical understanding to identify where Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence can be applied to generate value in the user journey.
