About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing expenses for the VP of Operations;
Governance of results in accordance with the P&L;
Lead the budgeting, forecasting and actuals process with stakeholders;
Prepare and present executive materials;
Map and improve processes with the goal of reducing operational activities;
Create and monitor indicators to capture opportunities through internal and external benchmarking;
Build dashboards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
Experience in expense and/or cost management;
Experience in FP&A;
Strong systems thinking and excellent communication across multiple organizational levels;
Time management, storytelling, proactivity, curiosity, openness to new perspectives, and commitment to continuous learning;
Flexibility to work in a highly dynamic environment;
Data skills.
