Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the trade marketing strategy across all retail channels in the Southern region, ensuring excellent execution, customer relationships and performance analysis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Planning and executing trade activities across all retail channels (grocery, pharmacy, perfumery and department stores).
Managing budget and evaluating ROI.
Analyzing KPIs and generating strategic insights.
Building relationships with retail clients and partners.
Ensuring on‑site execution at points of sale (visibility and materials).
Collaborating with Commercial, Marketing and Supply teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

**Solid experience in trade marketing with a focus on retail.**
Reside in the SOUTH region, in an area with easy airport access.
Prior experience with market monitoring tools such as IQVIA, Nielsen, Scanntech is required.
Analytical profile, strategic vision and strong KPI literacy.
Advanced Excel and analytical tools proficiency.
Availability to travel.
Prior experience working within the indirect sales network is required.
