About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Content Management: Create content for the Truss Academy platform, structure course scripts and edit online courses.
Launch Strategy: Prepare briefings and technical materials for new products (Hair Care, Colorimetry, etc.), aligned with the brand's schedule.
Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a strategic interface with R&D, Communications and Category teams to co-develop protocols and services.
Master Training: Deliver training for internal educators and franchisees; act as the focal point at TRUSS Academy for product testing.
Digital & Community: Develop and produce microlearning content (WhatsApp) and educational materials for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education (in progress or completed).
Completed professional hairdressing/cosmetology course.
Strong expertise in diagnosis, treatment, home care, cutting, finishing, transformations and color.
Strategic digital literacy (ability to record, edit and post content; comfortable with social media and video tools).
Professional and commercial language, with an articulate profile to conduct training sessions and presentations.
Must reside in São Paulo, SP (to support weekly in-person trainings).
