About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the RTS focal point for Leaders and BPs, translating labor complexity into practical, day-to-day business solutions.
Identify, propose, and implement projects that deliver operational efficiency gains by leveraging opportunities in legislation and reducing liabilities.
Lead negotiations and maintain a strong relationship with employers' associations and labor unions.
Support the legal team in labor inspections, lawsuits, and technical consultations.
Build and implement initiatives focused on achieving OKRs, using data to inform decisions and projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Labor Legislation.
Project Mindset: Experience structuring data-driven projects.
Influencing Ability: Capacity to negotiate with and influence stakeholders at different hierarchical levels to implement change.
Autonomy: Senior profile, able to manage responsibilities independently with a results-oriented approach.
Advantage: Experience in the Industry and Logistics sectors is a plus.
