About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design and execution of Talent Management products for the Technology team, such as succession mapping, career acceleration for talent, and management of performance consequences.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative diagnostics of pain points and challenges to build data-driven solutions that deliver value and support the People and Technology strategy. This involves analyzing metrics, speaking with stakeholders, and surveying employees.
  • Manage governance of current products and processes, including sending agendas, calendar and deadline control, presentation content and copy, defining target audiences, and managing budgets.
  • Track initiative and project metrics and measure outcomes.
  • Propose and implement changes and improvements based on results.
  • Stay up to date on market best practices in Talent Management through benchmarking, study, and experience sharing.
  • Collaborate on the design and execution of Talent Management initiatives with Tech leaders, HR Business Partners, and corporate HR teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in roles involving Talent Management or Human and Organizational Development and/or positions focused on creating and implementing HR products.
  • Basic data analysis skills and proficiency with tools (spreadsheets, Tableau, Looker, etc.) to draw conclusions, establish correlations, perform diagnostics, and measure success indicators.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly promote our products, present to different audiences, and build alliances with stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Self-starting, execution-oriented profile with autonomy; someone who creates and implements solutions, engages necessary people, and follows through on projects and tasks.
