About the role

  • Sell-out Growth: Diagnose the commercial performance of the locations under your responsibility and develop tailored action plans to accelerate results (traffic, productivity and average transaction value).
  • Management of Trade Levers: Design and monitor the execution of strategies such as cashback, traffic-driving activities, boosted and promoted payment-slip campaigns, reducing performance dispersion between stores.
  • Visual Merchandising (VM): Critically assess product visibility and exposure, proposing improvements that directly impact sales conversion.
  • Inventory Optimization Actions: Act proactively to clear near-expiry or excess stock and represent the region in S&OP forums.
  • Executive Agendas: Translate complex data into high-impact materials and presentations for leadership (S&OP, planning future cycles, results of completed cycles, etc.).
  • Cross-functional Interface: Serve as a bridge between the commercial team and corporate areas, influencing priorities and proposing improvements to drive results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
  • Solid prior experience in Trade Marketing (retail or consumer goods industry).
  • Analytical Profile: Advanced numerical skills for diagnosing problems and designing evidence-based action plans.
  • Storytelling: Experience creating and delivering executive presentations to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to influence internal and external teams.
  • Location: Preferably based in Curitiba or São Paulo (for support and occasional field visits).
