About the role

  • Strategic and Budget Leadership: Responsible for full budget preparation and management (Opex/Capex), from assumptions study and risk- and efficiency-based prioritization to rigorous monitoring of adherence (Budgeted vs. Actual vs. Committed, Forecast, investment order balances, provisions/reversals, reclassifications), ensuring direct alignment of financial strategies with business challenges and objectives.
  • Financial Analysis and Decision Support: Preparation of monthly executive, tactical and operational reports, supported by structured analyses and action plans. Acts as a central point to provide crucial financial insights that drive strategic, well-informed decisions.
  • Process Optimization and Efficiency: Leads multidisciplinary financial efficiency squads, applying methodologies such as PDCA and Lean Six Sigma to optimize processes and deliver business value. Proactively identifies improvement opportunities, implements innovative solutions, and ensures visibility of results to management. Structures procedures, work instructions and trainings with stakeholders.
  • Performance and KPI Management: Defines and manages key financial indicators (cost per m², consumption variances, etc.) through structured, dynamic dashboards. Continuously monitors the financial performance of the management area, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnership and Development: Serves as a business partner to the FP&A team in managing expenses for the Group Boticário's owned retail unit, providing strategic support and financial insights.
  • Guardian of Financial Compliance: Ensures financial compliance for senior management, guaranteeing adherence to internal and external policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Professional Experience: Previous experience in Financial Planning and/or FP&A.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and assertive communication to interface with the FP&A team and other company stakeholders.
  • Self-Management: High sense of prioritization, organization and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Strategic Mindset: Holistic vision, results-oriented, strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making and methodological rigor.
  • Work Profile: Autonomy to execute daily activities, perform complex analyses and lead efficiency and continuous improvement projects.
  • Systems and Tools: Proficiency in the Google ecosystem (Sheets, Slides, etc.), SAP and IBM TM1.
  • Data Analysis: Intermediate knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
  • Competitive Advantage: Previous experience in the Retail sector is a plus.
