About the role

  • Responsible for the financial structuring of the business model for franchise operations (franchises: retail stores and direct sales);
  • Monitoring short-, medium- and long-term performance of franchisees versus the industry, ensuring alignment between both strategic cycles;
  • Building economic and financial models for major projects that impact the franchise network, linked to cash flow considerations, for business analysis and financial feasibility;
  • Integrated franchise planning: developing the model and managing franchisee performance, with definition of key financial and operational KPIs;
  • Defining and executing the budgeting process, consolidating results across the network and preparing Risks & Opportunities (R&Os);
  • Preparing reports and executive presentations for discussion and decision-making in committees;
  • Active participation in the implementation of financial management best practices across the franchise network.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information and prepare executive-level materials;
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders;
  • Experience in financial modeling;
  • Experience in FP&A;
  • Experience in Accounting, Controllership and/or Treasury will be considered a plus;
  • Knowledge and use of Google tools (Google Workspace).
