About the role

  • Conduct medium- and high-complexity procurement negotiations in the outsourcing category (contract manufacturing and full service) within Direct Procurement;
  • Keep the Category's sourcing strategy up to date, aligning it with business needs;
  • Provide support to interface areas on third-party matters, ensuring supply continuity, quality alignments, and product development;
  • Prospect national and international partners, seeking opportunities to drive innovation in the Supply Chain;
  • Analyze market data and internal reports, preparing studies with clear insights to support Category decision-making;
  • Monitor the performance of the supplier base, supporting their development together with technical teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Experience negotiating Direct Procurement portfolios or contract manufacturing;
  • Business-oriented mindset and results-driven;
  • Advanced English preferred (reading, writing, listening, and speaking);
  • Experience with SAP/Ariba systems;
  • Knowledge of tax processes;
  • Experience negotiating outsourcing contracts and/or managing third parties;
  • Experience creating sites and dashboards (Looker Studio, Google Sites).
