About the role

  • Responsible for Inventory Management and Loss Prevention with the mission of managing processes through tools and people, reducing losses and risks across retail operations, and driving the company’s results in a solid and continuous way.
  • Main activities: Create and execute visit schedules for owned retail operations (Stores, Kiosks, Direct Sales; Distribution Centers and Hubs);
  • Apply checklists to measure adherence to operational processes;
  • Create, track and close Action Plans for non-conformities;
  • Monitor and validate outsourced inventories;
  • Perform cyclical/rotating inventory counts;
  • Map causes of losses (shortages and surpluses);
  • Identify causes and develop actions to mitigate operational losses (damaged goods, expired products, display/demo items, promotional items/giveaways, theft, robbery, inventory discrepancies, and related issues);
  • Create and deliver training on Inventory Management and Loss Prevention;
  • Organize meetings with stakeholders to drive actions and report results;

Requirements

  • High school diploma completed; pursuing higher education is desirable (Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, or related fields);
  • Preferred knowledge in Inventory Management and Loss Prevention (Front Office - stores and distribution center) in any segment;
  • Microsoft Office - Intermediate;
  • Knowledge of Office 365 Online;
  • Knowledge of Google tools;
  • Desirable knowledge in Field Process Audits, Stock Management, Outsourced Inventories, Internal Inventory (Cyclical/Rotating), Operational shrinkage, Crisis Management
