About the role

  • Active prospecting: Identify and activate new salons and perfumeries with a focus on growth potential.
  • Execution routine (PAP): Plan and conduct daily visits, covering the capital (Salvador) and neighboring cities.
  • Performance management: Monitor targets, enter orders, and conduct daily performance alignment rituals (morning and closing).
  • Point-of-sale visibility: Ensure correct brand placement (gondolas/shelving, extra display points and DOH).
  • Training: Train professionals and the sales team on the technical and commercial portfolio.

Requirements

  • University degree in progress or completed.
  • Experience in field sales (PAP) and familiarity with result-tracking routines.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and full availability to work in the field in Salvador/BA and neighboring cities.
  • Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills and a focus on commercial resilience.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Previous experience in the industry (especially in perfumeries or cosmetics channels).
  • Experience with targets and daily planning routines.
