About the role

  • War Room Support: Participate as support in resolving critical incidents, assisting the senior team with collecting logs and data to minimize impacts.
  • Ticket Queue Management: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve low to medium complexity incidents and requests (focus on OMS Sell In), preparing the correct context for escalation when necessary.
  • Automation Development: Work on developing low to medium complexity scripts and automations to replace manual processes and accelerate the team's maintenance routines.
  • Documentation: Play a key role in structuring the area by creating and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base with solution documentation, manual processes, and OMS workflows.
  • KPI Monitoring: Assist in monitoring the team's indicators to help identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Problem Management: Assist the team in investigating the root cause of recurring incidents and product integration failures.
  • Production Environment Monitoring: Continuously monitor systems and dashboards to proactively identify anomalies.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with how REST APIs work.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and familiarity with NoSQL.
  • Familiarity with code versioning (Git) and code review practices.
  • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar) and event-driven architectures.
  • Investigative mindset and strong programming logic to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Nice to have (not mandatory):
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containers (Docker).
  • Any prior experience with high-volume systems.
  • Experience with Kotlin.
