About the role
- Define and align agent strategies with business objectives and operating models;
- Monitor and drive agents' performance and financial results;
- Orchestrate deployment and launch in the business environment;
- Create and optimize prompts to maximize conversion and business-impact KPIs;
- Test and iterate prompts to ensure effectiveness and alignment;
- Monitor agent performance, identifying patterns and improvement opportunities based on each agent's objectives and/or targets;
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize outcomes and enhance agent performance;
- Review and update agents' knowledge base content;
- Review and identify opportunities for new API/tool integrations to incorporate new information and workflows into agents;
- Document best practices and develop internal guidelines for agent management.
Requirements
- Strong project leadership skills, with excellent communication and influence across multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience in business analysis, business case development, and related activities;
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, and experience preparing materials for executive-level presentations;
- Knowledge of prompt engineering;
- Experience with large language models (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.);
- Proficient in technical and creative writing;
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and analyzing agent results aligned with business metrics;
- Ability to work in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.
- **Differentials:**
- Knowledge of NLP, machine learning, and software engineering;
- Familiarity with generative AI APIs and LLM evaluation tools;
- Experience building dashboards, familiarity with Looker and GCP data platforms.
