About the role

  • Act as a senior technical reference for Frontend, Backend, and Salesforce platform development
  • Lead the design and evolution of complex, high-impact systems
  • Define and promote architecture, code, and quality standards
  • Solve highly complex technical challenges that require innovation
  • Influence technical direction and strategic product decisions
  • Mentor and develop other members of the technical team
  • Drive excellence in engineering, testing, and security practices
  • Work with high autonomy, defining approaches and objectives
  • Lead incident and critical failure resolution
  • Research and introduce new technologies strategically
  • Promote a strong culture of code review and pair programming
  • Actively collaborate with other teams, business units, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in NodeJS
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures
  • Mastery of architectural best practices: DDD, Design Patterns, SOLID, and Clean Architecture
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Experience with Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and monitoring/telemetry tools
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Practical knowledge and use of AI/GenAI in day-to-day development, solution building, and efficiency improvements, with a genuine interest in agent-based architectures and intelligent automation
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Ability to work autonomously in multifunctional, collaborative environments
  • Ability to create technical and executive presentations (for business stakeholders)
  • Availability to provide technical support to operations
  • Ease in promoting knowledge sharing and team development
  • The following are a plus:
  • Knowledge of Kanbanize (Business Map)
  • Solid, proven experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (advanced expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL)
  • Strong experience with SFDX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Data Cloud and AgentForce (Salesforce)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Lambdas
  • Prior experience in technical leadership roles
  • Knowledge of Apigee
  • Experience with GitHub Actions
